**Location**: Nashik, India
**Experience**: At least 1+ year
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an organized and communicative Onboarding Coordinator in Nashik with at least 1 year of experience. This role involves managing end-to-end onboarding, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle onboarding processes and coordinate with HR and teams.
- Conduct orientation sessions and prepare welcome materials.
- Address new hire queries and ensure compliance with policies.
- Gather feedback to enhance the onboarding experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1+ year of onboarding or HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be a native of Nashik.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
