**Client Onboarding**:
- Initiating, Assisting and timely completing onboarding of Clients (Offline as well as online)
- Undertaking Client’s KYC, IPV, CKYC/KRA verification - Engaging with DP, Brokers, Banks, Clients, Distributors, Operation & other inhouse team for all onboarding matters and updations.
- Reverting & resolving Client and distributors queries
- Continue to work on identifying & resolving issues related with Client’s on boarding matter
- Preparing & updating Master all Onboarding documents & Forms - Preparing & maintaining all Onboarding MIS.
- Maintaining all Client’s records properly in Soft Copies and original hard copies appropriately.
- Any work related with Client during onboarding or any time thereafter.
- Updation of Client’s data on Software / Databases
- Post Onboarding Client Servicing, Sending statements, replying to queries.
**Operational Work**:
- Dealing with Distributors for empanelment, review and SEBI related renewal process
- Coordinating with Distributors, Vendors, custodians, FA teams for calculation of brokerage/commission and payment thereof
- Coordinating with Distributors, Vendors, custodians, FA teams for various regulatory reporting and assisting seniors for the same.
- Helping in drafting policies & procedures related to operational manual, compliance work along with Seniors/third party vendors
- Helping HR & Admin Staff for smooth Onboarding of Staff, Completion of regulatory formalities and continuous updating thereof
- Attending to Auditors, Inspection agencies and preparing information, documents as required by them
- Preparing data/reports as required by Management/Seniors.
Project Specific Work
Assisting management for project specific work
- Assisting in Document Drafting of policies, manuals, forms, procedures making & implementing appropriate administrative & regulatory mechanism for projects
- 1. 3 to 8 years’ of experience (In Finance, NBFC, Stock markets, Banking companies)
2. Fluency in English language 3. Good drafting & articulation skill 4. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel Qualification: Commerce Graduate & Post Graduate, Inter CA - CS, MBA (Finance) or equivalent
