Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service, fostering customer engagement, resolving issues efficiently, implementing upselling and promotional strategies, and maintaining a clean and inviting ambiance within our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Listen actively to customers' needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond with empathy and understanding.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, promoting a positive experience.
- Proactively interact with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized assistance.
- Foster a friendly and approachable environment, encouraging customer interaction.
- Respond to customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring swift resolution.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints, working towards satisfactory outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Recommend additional products, services, or promotions that align with customers' interests.
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns and events to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment for customers.
- Ensure all areas of the establishment are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any cleanliness or ambiance-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated aptitude for upselling and promoting products/services.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and appealing environment.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
