**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.

**Operations Oversight**:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to address challenges.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Foster collaboration between sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Align operational and sales strategies with the organization’s long-term goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to sales and operations.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage budgets for sales and operations functions, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast revenue and manage profitability.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach.
