Roles & Responsibilities of GM sales & marketing
**Target Oriented & Aggressive approach**
- Negotiation with clients
- Propagate company vision & mission among customers and sales people in the field.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Analyse sales data and collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
- Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
- Manage sales pipeline of the area of operation, guide, and mentor and personally own large deals build on occupancy through better conversion.
Suggest to senior management improvement & changes wherever needed.
- Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference.
**Prior Experience / Qualifications**:
10+ years of experience in sales or business development (B2B SALES)
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA/B.E/B.Tech is preferred.
- Deep understanding of PCBA Industry is required (preferably prior experience in PCBA/ EMS / Semsicon Industry).
- Previous responsibility for strategic business development, high technology services marketing.
- Revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience influencing C-level executives highly desirable.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
Should be have the knowledge of P&L, Costing, and Budgeting
