**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**

Work closely with Onsite Service Governance Leader to design architecture of Onsite services
- Implement a modern device management experience with a focus to drive Zero touch
- Identify any new opportunities for service efficiency, cost optimization, user experience increase
- Analyze key trends in service demands to identify potential for automation and cost transformation
- Provide inputs for service management improvement and overall quality, in governance meetings
- Implement an optimized logistic model for service delivery
- Support proof-of-concept for new services/technologies and assist with roll-out of pilots

Graduated from a university/ school related to Computer Science
- 5 8 years of experience in IT, with experience in IT Service Management
- Experienced with ITSM tools and platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework. ITIL Certification is preferrable
- High IT technical skills (e.g., AI, networking, hardware, cloud computing, IT security etc.)
- Knowledge of Service Organization design, Service reporting and Knowledge Management
- Project Management skills (e.g. PMP certification) are a plus

Internal
- Advanced level of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work well in a team, solve problems with proactive attitude and work with little

oversight
