Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer at RoyalLinks, you will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating between clients, architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure quality checks at every stage of construction.
  • Manage site labor, contractors, and materials efficiently.
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance with regulations are followed.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the head office for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status.
  • Resolve technical issues that arise on site.

Requirements

  • Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and site execution.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle labor and contractors effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD preferred).
