Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovative Concept Designs,
- Lead the development of innovative and cutting-edge architectural concepts for large-scale apartment projects, focusing on distinctive and visually striking elevations.
- Collaborate with the design team to create design solutions merge functionality with aesthetic appeal.

2. Project Coordination and Management:

- Oversee the architectural aspects of large-scale apartment construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.

3. Site Visits and Execution coordination:

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the precise execution of design concepts and to monitor construction progress.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to address design-related issues, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site challenges.

4. Team Recruitment and Training:

- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented architects and design professionals with expertise in large-scale projects.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the architectural team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

5. Team Management:

- Lead and inspire the architectural team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performance work environment.
