**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements related to RERA registration, compliance, and documentation.
- Explain service offerings clearly, including RERA advisory, project registrations, extensions, and post-registration compliances.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and status.
- Assist in preparing service presentations, proposals, and introductory materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach.
- Ensure timely follow-up and engagement to maximize lead conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in pre-sales, tele calling, or service-based client engagement roles.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Good understanding of service-based sales cycles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with a customer-centric approach.
