Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Marathi Language

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Marathi to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Marathi-speaking customers. You will act as a liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed effectively and efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills in Marathi, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.

Assist customers with product troubleshooting, technical issues, and general support.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.

Maintain customer records and update customer information in the CRM system.

Identify and escalate emerging issues or trends to the team lead or manager.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize support processes.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support and suggestions to customers.

Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and goals.

**Requirements**:
Fluency in Marathi (both spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Good typing speed and computer literacy.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**:
Interview Location:
NPR Complex, No 614, Vajpayee Nagar, Hosur Rd, Hongasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
