**_ Job Summary_**
- This is a virtual assistant position. We are looking for remote professionals from operations backgrounds who can provide invaluable administrative support to US-based businesses. This multifaceted role involves managing operational and back-office tasks. Effective communication skills are essential as you will often serve as the main point of contact, managing correspondence and addressing inquiries. You will play a pivotal role in time management by conducting research and assisting in project management tasks. Your organizational prowess, attention to detail, and adaptability will enable you to navigate a dynamic work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. With a proactive approach, you will anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the organization you support._
**_ Roles & Responsibilities_**
- **_ Handle Business Operations:_** Drive seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
- **_ Customer Service:_** Ensure customer service by implementing proactive support measures, addressing queries, and continuously enhancing the overall customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- **_ E-commerce Assistance:_** Proficiently navigate and optimize online platforms, manage product listings, and streamline order fulfillment processes to enhance overall e-commerce efficiency.
- **_ CRM and Lead Management:_** Execute strategic customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, adeptly handling lead tracking, and nurturing to foster meaningful and enduring client relationships.
- **_ Excel and MIS Reporting:_** Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- **_ Research:_** Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.
- **_ Vendor Management:_** Manage communication, documents, and invoices; process and track orders and take care of compliance and vendor contracts.
**_ Qualifications_**
- Minimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
**_ Schedule (US Shifts Only)_**
- Eastern Time - 5:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Monday - Friday
- Pacific Time - 8:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Monday - Friday
**_ Logistical Requirements_**
- Quiet and brightly illuminated work environment
- Laptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor
- 720P Webcam and Headset
- A reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
