**_ Minimum Qualifications/ Skills_**

- **_Bachelor's degree (Any)_**

- **_Experience in a product support related role. (Preferably BPO Operations)_**

- **_Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._**

**_ _**
- **_Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._**

**_ _**
- **_Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team._**

**_ _**
- **_Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest product developments._**

**_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**:**_ _**
- **_Experience in supporting Tech/ Semi Tech processes (preferred)_**

- **_Travel/Relocation may be required._**
