**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve service quality.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in a voice process is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Working Days**: 5 days a week
- **Shifts**: Rotational shifts
- **Transportation**: Cab services provided for both ways
- **Meals**: Complimentary meals provided during shifts

**Salary**:

- **Freshers**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- **Experienced**: Up to ₹45,000 per month
