**Job Title: International Voice Process Executive ( SAMSUNG )**

**Experience**: Freshers

**Working Days**: 5 Days Working + 2 Additional Offs

Total 20 days a month

**Eligibility**: Undergraduates and Graduates

**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon

**Salary**: ₹27,000 CTC | ₹24,000 In-Hand

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
- Promote and sell products or services with clarity and confidence.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional tone and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales efficiently.
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer feedback in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on products, services, and process changes.
- Collaborate with team members to refine scripts and improve performance.
- Strong fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational working hours.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
