**Position : Personal Assistant to CEO**
**Education**:A Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Finance / Accounting, or Human Resources Management would be added advantage
Required Experience: 0-2 years

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO to ensure the smooth management of the day to day affairs.
2.Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiatives as appropriate in the absence of CEO.
3.Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the CEO.
4.Supervise the incoming / outgoing E-mails and its appropriate communication with CEO. 5. Maintain calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables.
6. Organize meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agenda and required meeting documents.
7. Participate in meetings and provide accurate records, maintain and distribute Minutes of Meetings.
8.High level drafting skills for presentation, communication and documents.
9.Travel management and making all the necessary arrangements for travel. Readiness for traveling as and when needed.
10.Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for CEO.
11.Act as a liaison for the CEO for internal and external inquiries.
12.Act as a mediator between CEO and all DH to ensure smooth functioning and timely decision making.
13.Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO.
**Requirements and skills**
Excellent English communication skill - Verbal and written
Ability to maintain secrecy surrounding company materials and information.
Decision making ability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
