Area Sales Executive

**Position Summary**:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and fostering relationships with customers by visiting them in person. They are the face of the company in the market, ensuring the promotion of products or services and identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- High school diploma with relevant experience is acceptable.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role (entry-level roles available for fresh graduates).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office software.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Adaptability to changing market dynamics.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Effectiveness in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Timely and accurate reporting of sales data.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Compensation**: Fixed salary + Commission (performance-based).
**Travel Requirements**: Frequent travel within the assigned region.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
