**Job Profile / Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential clients such as architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Generate inquiries for aluminum doors/windows, curtain wall systems, structural glazing, ACP cladding, roofing systems, skylights, and facade solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
- **Sales & Project Coordination**:

- Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Follow up for negotiations, order finalization, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the region.
- Gather market intelligence on pricing, products, and competitors.
- Recommend new product developments or market strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a database of existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain proper documentation of proposals, contracts, and client communications.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **building materials**, especially **aluminum systems, façade engineering, and roofing solutions**:

- Good understanding of **construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications**:

- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**:

- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or any discipline
- MBA in Marketing is a plus
- 2-7 years of experience in sales of building materials / facade / aluminum systems / roofing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
