Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers, often using a script, to introduce products and services.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a clear understanding of the products and services offered, answering customer inquiries, and providing helpful information.

Sales Techniques: Using effective sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase products or services.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, recording information, and handling transactions.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for follow-up calls.

Sales Goals: Working towards individual and team sales goals and quotas.

Additional Responsibilities:
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in a CRM system.

Relationship Building:
Developing strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Training:
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Adaptability:
Adjusting sales strategies and approaches based on customer needs and feedback.

Collaboration:
Working with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
