We are looking for an **experienced and confident Female Sales & Marketing Executive** (MBA in Marketing) with **5-10 years of proven experience** in reputed industries — preferably **Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sale**:

- **Sales**:

- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and professional networking.
- Identify and approach **builders, architects, government departments, and corporate clients.**:

- Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
- Prepare **sales reports**, target achievements, and weekly performance summaries.
- Coordinate with **Project Management** and **Technical teams** for client requirements.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **marketing campaigns (online & offline).**:

- Work with the design team for **brochures, catalogs, and promotional material.**:

- Participate in **exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events** to boost brand visibility.
- Conduct **market research** and report competitor trends.

**Requirements**:

- **MBA in Marketing (mandatory)**:

- **5-10 years of proven experience** in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in **construction / infrastructure / PMC companies preferred**:

- Excellent **spoken and written English**:

- Strong **presentation and negotiation skills**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** & basic **digital marketing tools**:

- **Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented**:

- Willing to **travel locally** for client meetings and site visits
