We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team and support our customers with a focus on the WhatsApp API tool.

We are a leading SaaS provider offering businesses seamless communication solutions via our WhatsApp API tool. Our platform helps companies integrate WhatsApp into their workflows to enhance customer engagement, support, and automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Customer Service team in responding to client inquiries and support tickets related to the WhatsApp API SaaS tool.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding WhatsApp API integration, user accounts, and general features.
- Help guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup and initial integration support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the CRM or support tool.
- Assist in creating user documentation, FAQs, and tutorials to help customers better understand the product.
- Work closely with the technical support team to escalate issues that require in-depth technical assistance.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the product and customer service experience.
- Monitor and track product usage and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for technology and customer service.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, APIs, or messaging platforms (experience with WhatsApp is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (internships or volunteer work).
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Interest in pursuing a career in customer support, SaaS, or tech-related fields.
