**Job Description**:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth within the cloud services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and develop lists of prospective clients, utilizing industry knowledge and innovative techniques to identify opportunities.
- Qualify leads and engage decision-makers within target organizations to begin the sales process.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and drive successful closures.
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to accurately document sales activities and maintain a detailed record of prospects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, providing valuable insights to both customers and internal teams.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the prospecting and qualification process.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement lead generation campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine strategies and address customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge about CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
