Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements

Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation

Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises

Support HR and Accounts departments with routine admin tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline

2-4 years of experience in administration or office management

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Must be well-groomed, professional, and presentable
