**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, order processing, client communication, and reporting. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication to ensure smooth coordination between sales, clients, and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, order status, and after-sales support.
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) for order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and MIS for management.
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers on quotations, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in CRM/ERP tools preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
