Client Engagement
- Client Profiling - Relationship Management -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition through proposals and presentations - Provide regular value-added engagement with clients Generating Revenue and Business Development - Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets - Ensure optimal Product Penetration including fee based advisory - Monitor and Drive consistent business with Top 20 Clients - Maintain the Market Mapping for each client - Proactively source, acquire and expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sales and service opportunities. - Anticipate the complex financial needs of the client and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services and tools - Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new clients Sales Operations and Service Delivery - Execute transactions, Follow internal SOP norms - Ensure optimum client servicing in terms of post deal execution, research, advisory, et
