**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer queries.
- Provide accurate service information to customers.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Follow up on leads, close sales, or ensure query resolution.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with regular phone communication.
- Fixed shift timings (may vary as per company policy).
