Telecaller Job Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling:Reach out to potential and existing customers by making outbound calls to explain products or services and generate interest.
- Sales & Lead Generation:Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or convert prospects into customers.
- Inbound Call Handling:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints over the phone.
- Customer Relationship Management:Maintain and update accurate call logs and customer records in a CRM database.
- Market Research:Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Complaint Resolution:Provide solutions and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Reporting:Generate reports on call status, sales progress, and customer interactions for management.
Telecaller Skills and Qualifications
- Communication:Excellent verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and articulate product information clearly.
- Persuasion:A persuasive and confident attitude to drive sales and conversions.
- Active Listening:The ability to listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Adaptability:The capacity to handle challenging conversations and adapt communication style to different situations and social cues.
- CRM & Technical Skills:Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Resilience:The ability to handle rejection and objections professionally, maintaining a positive approach.
- Product Knowledge:A firm understanding of the company's products or services to answer questions and promote them effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
