**Ajivasan Music Academy**offers varied Music Appreciation Courses for children, adults and youth. Thoughtfully curated affiliation programs of Ajivasan, works for all the institutions; be it a school, corporate or residential colony. Ajivasan aims at spreading music education with practical and scientific method which widens Individual's ability to use his/her potential to 100%. Legacy of 85 years; we've been training aspiring artists and helping them understand this art, with scientific and practical training for past 90 years.

Well-trained faculty under the guidance of Suresh Wadkarji, Prem Vasant ji & Padma Wadkarji. Equip young India with scientific and technical knowledge in music which should help in creating brighter, cultural and art sensitive society. Ajivasan Music Academy has 20 branches all over Mumbai.

**Ajivasan Aspire**is a one source destination for live events, musicals, instrumental, dance, stand ups or band performances.

**Ajivasan Sound Studio **provides services of live sound setup, audio and video production, streaming services.

**Designation**:Executive-Events and Activation

**Job Profile**:

- Planning, executing, managing & supervising and ‘start to end’ of all the events / workshops at Ajivasan Music Academy.
- Calling and following up with all registered / interested clients / students and ensuring maximum enrolments & sales of tickets.
- Ideating & curating events and workshops for students & outsiders too.
- Tracking, following up and maintaining a database of finances (expenses & revenues) for all events & activations.
- Plan promotions & marketing for each event & activation.
- Pre-plan the events at least a month in advance based on our yearly activity calendar.
- Ensuring each event / activation is conducted in the most professional manner.
- Ensure good reach of our events and supervise the content created pre and post these events for promotional or showcase purposes.
- Manage calls & enrolments for Academy related events & activities.

**Minimum Qualification**:
Graduate

**Working Days & Hours**:
Monday to Saturday: 10AM to 7PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

**Salary**:
Salary will be discussed at the time of interview

An office phone & SIM will be provided to you.

Office work related travel expenses would be reimbursed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
