Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the textile and apparel industry.
- Conduct regular meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to deliver customized textile solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the companys brand and products.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sale support.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the textile or related industry (e.g., garments, fashion, fabrics, yarns).
- Strong understanding of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients or attend trade shows.
