Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B (Audio Systems/ AV Distribution / Electronics)

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in B2B Sales

Industry Preference: Electronics / Musical Instruments / Audio-Visual Distribution

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, particularly in electronic goods, music instruments, or audio-visual products, with a proven track record of building and expanding dealer and channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners and dealers in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations to both channel partners and end customers.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to plan promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Track competitor activity and provide market insights for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in electronic goods, music instruments, or audio-visual distribution.
  • Strong dealer/channel management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
