**Designation**:Payroll Executive

**Job Location**:Santacruz West, Mumbai

**Job Profile**:

- Student fees analysis
- Faculty monthly payout analysis
- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing
- Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
- Preparing teachers Payout report on monthly Basis. Collect, calculate and enter data, thereby maintaining payroll information.
- Coordinate with the HR Department for staff details, attendance and other data for calculating the staff salary.
- Ensure company and staff information is kept confidential so as to protect payroll operations and win the confidence of employees.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager for Teachers attendance and calculating the teacher’s salary (7th Payroll & 15th Payroll) every month.

**Other Attributes**:

- Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
- Excellent communication skills in English & Marathi
- Pro in Microsoft excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, document & ppt
- Accounts background will be helpful

**Minimum Qualification**:
Graduation

**Working Days & Hours**:
Monday To Saturday: 10AM to 7PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
