**Job Summary**

We are hiring an experienced **Import Purchase Executive** to manage international procurement operations. This role involves handling overseas vendor relationships, shipment tracking, import documentation, and ensuring smooth customs clearance to support our machine tools business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Issue and manage purchase orders and contracts.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents.
- Manage import documentation (LCs, Invoices, B/L, CoO, Packing List, etc.).
- Work with internal departments (Finance, Production, Warehouse) to manage material flow.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with customs laws and DGFT policies.
- Evaluate procurement performance through cost and lead time analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**
- 2-5 years in import purchasing or international procurement.
- Hands-on experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of **Incoterms, LC procedures**, and international trade documentation.
- Proficient in **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of **import regulations** and documentation standards.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹3.60 - ₹5.00 LPA
