
Customer Care Executive

CRE responsibilities include:
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer problems, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve complex issues.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Fainex Technologies' products and services to accurately guide customers, offer technical assistance, and provide relevant information.
Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures to customers. Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and report insights to the management team. Contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to customer care.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and customer preferences to continuously improve service delivery and contribute to the company's growth.
Problem Prevention: Proactively identify potential issues, communicate trends, and work towards preventing recurring problems, fostering a proactive customer support approach.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving customer needs and challenges. Strive for excellence in delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
