The platform offers curated courses, virtual art workshops, art therapies, and other handcrafted on-demand experiences. With a growing network of 2100+ artists across 166+ cities, Rooftop has hosted 5000+ art experiences since 2020, serving more than 50,000 art lovers from over 30 countries. The company has also partnered with leading organizations, including Google, Bain Capital, PWC, Genpact, and Welspun, to create corporate wellness programs.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Intern at Rooftop located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include proactively reaching out to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about Rooftop's offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in sales or customer service roles
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
