**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and confident IT Sales Freshers to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone from an IT background who has done an internship in IT Sales and is genuinely interested in building a career in B2B sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform cold calling to connect with potential clients across global markets.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and reach out to prospects.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
**Who Can Apply**:
- Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related fields.
- Must have internship experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Must have a strong interest in sales and client communication.
- Prior cold calling experience during internships is required.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written - is a must.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
