**JOB PROFILE**:

- Responsible for purchase goods, materials and services in line with specific cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Responsible for follow up and coordination to ensure timely delivery of material as per schedule.
- Cost saving initiative through negotiation and alternative sourcing methods.
- To maintain healthy relationship with supplier/contractors for better business prospects and regularly monitor the performance of them.
- Coordinating with project team/other departments and identify requirement of material.
- Resolving discrepancies related to the materials, vendors etc.
- Review of stock level and making arrangements of procurement to meet optimum level of required materials.
- Generating various reports related to work area.
- Vendor development/management and related sourcing.
- To develop, review, monitor the purchase operations and ensure that the purchase procedure is correctly followed to maintain economy and efficiency in the operation.
- Completed the concern project within the time frame by coordinating with other department.
- Preparing MIS for management to review and take action as per required.
- Handling end users enquiries over phone and mails & resolving the same.
- Liaison with account department for timely payment of bills and handling vendor’s enquiries.
- Adhering to purchase guidelines & practicing.
- To check the consumption of items, accordingly check the stocks before finalizing the orders.
- Daily/weekly review of purchase requests.
- Handling production related tasks including production, planning, and control.
- To implement the work instructions for production as per schedule.
- Maintain the Production records & reports in manually too.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
