**Position Title**: Purchase Executive
**Experience Required**: 1 Year
**Location**: IT Park, Panchkula
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement Management**:

- Source materials, equipment, and supplies as per the company's requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotes to ensure the best price and quality.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, including price, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Ensure stock levels meet operational needs without excessive overstocking.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports using Excel.
- Use Excel for inventory tracking, purchase order generation, and cost analysis.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in supplier pricing.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
