**Job Description: Purchase Executive (Fresher)**

**Position**: Purchase Executive
**Experience**: Fresher with Good Communication Skills
**Location**: Panchkula
**Availability**: Immediate joiner preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement**: Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services in line with company requirements.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and manage order follow-ups.
- **Purchase Orders**: Create and maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely approvals and processing.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and work closely with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- **Vendor Relationships**: Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize records of purchase transactions, invoices, and supplier agreements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all purchases align with company policies and standards.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing purchase reports and providing insights for cost control and budgeting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
