We are a 40 year old leading manufacturer of sophisticated packaging machines for FMCG industry. Our customers are spread over thirty Countries. We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength., we are looking for:
**Job Title:

- ** Purchase Executive

**Specific Knowledge:

- **
- Understanding of Manufacturing process
- Material Planning & Procurement

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Establishing selection criteria for approved suppliers / vendors.
- Maintaining list of approved suppliers / vendors
- Vendor Development
- Part Costing as per Drawings.
- Finalization of various orders for supply of items.
- Prepare & Issue purchase order and maintaining records.
- Ensure the purchase activities of various materials and equipment with clear quality standards so as to ensure high quality of product to the end-customer.
- Procurement of plants & machinery, spare parts, tools and other items.
- Co-ordinate within the department and with other departments
- Cost Control.
- Assisting Quality Control for disposition of incoming rejections.
- Supplier grading, re-evaluation and re-approval.
- Knowledge of taxation.
- Management of dead inventory and disposal.

**Education Requirements:

- **B. Tech. (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical) / Diploma in Material Management

**Experience Requirements:

- **Minimum 4 to 7 Years

**Skills & Competencies:

- **Vendor Development & Relationships, ERP, Price Negotiations, Part Costing, Analytical ability and Good communication skill.

**Compensation:

- **Commensurate with qualification, experience, and background.

Location: - Panchkula (Haryana)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
