Position Sr Purchase Executive Pharma - Finished Goods Location SCO 48 MDC Sector 5 Panchkula Haryana Job Type Full-time Permanent Work Mode On-site Salary 20 000 - 40 000 per month Schedule Day Shift Role Summary We are hiring for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement of finished pharmaceutical goods from manufacturing companies The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management negotiation and coordination skills within the pharma trading or purchasing domain Key Responsibilities Source and purchase finished pharmaceutical products from manufacturers Negotiate pricing terms and delivery timelines with vendors Coordinate closely with Production Marketing and Business Development teams Identify evaluate and onboard new vendors manage vendor documentation and contracts Generate and process purchase orders track invoices and ensure timely payments Maintain purchase records and trackers manage urgent material requirements Resolve supply chain issues or vendor-related queries efficiently Requirements Bachelor s degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in pharma purchase or trading finished goods Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and purchase documentation Based in Panchkula or nearby and available for full-time in-person work Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Stable long-term role in a growing pharma company Apply now hr lxir in Call 9056025300 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience Purchase 2 years Required Location Panchkula Haryana Required Work Location In person
