**Position**: Sr. Purchase Executive (Pharma - Finished Goods)
**Location**: SCO 48, MDC, Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Work Mode**: On-site
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Schedule**: Day Shift

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase finished pharmaceutical products from manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; manage vendor documentation and contracts.
- Generate and process purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain purchase records and trackers; manage urgent material requirements.
- Resolve supply chain issues or vendor-related queries efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in pharma purchase or trading (finished goods).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchase documentation.
- Based in Panchkula or nearby and available for full-time, in-person work.
