**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, billing, inventory) to ensure customer requirements are met seamlessly.
Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers for feedback and post-sales service.
Educate customers on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
Support in handling VIP clients and high-value transactions when required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, preferably in retail or jewellery.
Excellent communication skills in **Tamil, Hindi, and English** (both spoken and written).
Freshers can also apply
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
High level of patience, empathy, and customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
