We are looking to hire an experienced Back-office Marketing Executive to join our
Sales report, and Support to the Sales Team.

**Designation**: Back Office Marketing Executive / Sales Support
**Preferred Experience**: 2-4 Year
**Preferred Education**: Bachelor or Master in Marketing / Finance.
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM / TALLY ERP platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a Sales team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Knowledge about the Customer Portal.
**Job Accountabilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Registrations - supports the sales team by helping them with vendor registrations with various companies.
- Acquire, record, analyse and maintain sales data. Report and interpret all results and usage on a daily basis, via report generation; complete corrective action, following proper guidelines. Assists sales team with project management.
- Properly maintain records, files, and data such as sales reports, sales summaries, inventory reports, pivots, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports branch-wise, engineer-wise, principal wise etc. in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate principal and customer portals and platforms for order bookings, tracking orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor principal and customer portals and platforms for any order updates, and ASN generations and communicate with the concerned stakeholders.
- Make commercial offers, quotations, purchase orders, payment reminders etc.
Lead and conduct meetings, anticipate sales or customers' requests and needs, and deliver concise next steps after reviewing value propositions and best practices.
**Salary**: ₹9,615.31 - ₹34,962.89 per month
