Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management. - Confident, energetic, and dynamic personality with a passion for sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Strong ability to convert customer interest into successful sales. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
