**Salary**: 15,000 - 22,000

Experience: Min 2 - 4 years of experience experience working as a Commi II or similar role, with a focus on South Indian cuisine preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or relevant

Skills required:

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and execute cooking techniques with precision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Formal culinary education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Passion for South Indian cuisine and a desire to deliver authentic and delicious dishes to customers.

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, grinding spices, and marinating meats, according to established recipes and standards.
- **Cooking**: Execute cooking techniques specific to South Indian cuisine, such as tempering spices, making chutneys, and preparing dosas, idlis, vadas, and various curries.
- **Menu Execution**: Work closely with the head chef to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of South Indian dishes as per menu specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times. Conduct regular taste tests and visual inspections to ensure consistency.
- **Kitchen Hygiene**: Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation guidelines, including storage procedures, cleaning schedules, and personal hygiene practices, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- **Adaptability**: Be willing to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and kitchen procedures as required by the head chef or management.
- **Efficiency**: Work efficiently under pressure to meet production schedules and customer demands while minimizing food wastage and maximizing productivity.
- **Training**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve culinary skills and knowledge of South Indian cuisine through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.
