Pharmacy Fax Intake Coordinator

- Should be able to review the fax and able to understand medical documentation based on which decision and action should be taken
- Essential Responsibilities- Review complete fax carefully and process cases accurately.
- Meets all Production and Quality parameters (SLAs).
- Elevates issues to next level of suspension, as appropriate.
- Maintains accurate records, including timekeeping records.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.

The experience we are looking to add to our team
- Required- Zero to one years of experience in US Healthcare - Freshers should be good.
- Qualifications - B. Pharmacy / M Pharmacy
- Good verbal and written skills
- Open to work in shifts and from office, should be regular and punctual at work.
- Should be open and flexible to align with business requirements as needed.

- Any Clinical Certification
- Health Care Background
