Chemist -Trainee

Role & responsibilities

The Trainee will be a graduate in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, life-sciences or pharmacy. Candidate will be M / F below 26 years

Postgraduates - only in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Zoology will be considered

Preference will be given to fresh graduates in chemistry / bio-chemistry / biotechnology with good communication skills in English. Microbiology background candidates need not apply

Fluency in Hindi will be an asset.

1. During 6 months training, the trainee will receive on the work training in all aspects of PRODUCTION & PACKING Departments.

2. The job involves multi-tasking. The trainee will be undergoing on-the-job training in production of room / car freshener sprays & fragrance loaded wooden cube danglers, other products. He / she will be involved in all stages and steps of manufacturing from raw material assembly up till finished product transfer to inventory.

3. New product development will be a natural part of exposure during training.

4. Chemist Trainee will also be involved in organizing, managing inventory of raw material and packaging material.

5. Maintaining MIS data in Excel sheets will be another responsibility. Interacting with vendors for quality of RM and forecasting demand will be taught to the trainee

Required Candidate profile

The candidate must understand, write and speak English. Ability to follow, speak Hindi and Telugu will help. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel is a must. Candidate must be hard working, sincere with good grasping power and sound analytical abilities.

Perks and Benefits

During training period of 6 months, a stipend of Rs.15,000 / month will be offered. After successful completion of training period, the Trainee will be absorbed in regular rolls of company with industry matching package.
