**Roles & Responsibilities of On Job Trainee (OJT)**
- On Job Trainee (OJT) is responsible for handling a journal (or) organizing a conference.
- On Job Trainee (OJT) is responsible for communicating and building relationship with renowned scientists through mail and other modes of communication.
- OJT is responsible to follow the activities of the Editorial Board members/OCM/Speakers and assist them.
- Designing scientific sessions and highlights for the conference/Journal. Inviting professors, Assistant, Associate from Universities.
- Adopt/attain information on new finding in the all related research fields regularly
- Managing uniformity in Issue release, campaigning to promote the journal, collecting relevant data and developing a database of Editors, reviewers and authors is a part of regular duty of an OJT.
- To make event successful by providing fruitful information to the scientific community
- Coordinates program related events such as workshops, symposia, national and international Scientific Events etc
- Completing supporting tasks assigned by the management within the provided time.
- Promoting Journals/Conferences in various Social Networking platforms and proposing novel ideas for journal improvement.

- Good sales and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail, the ability to analyze and research information

- Knowledge in optimizing landing pages
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

**Qualifications Required**

**UG** -B. Pharma - Pharmacy
B. Tech
- Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Environmental, BioChemistry.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.30 per month
