This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the sales field while working with a leading company in the tech industry. As a sales trainee, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality refurbished laptops to individual customers and businesses. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable refurbished laptops. Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers. Offer guidance on the advantages of buying refurbished laptops, including cost savings, sustainability, and performance. Provide post-sale support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Product Knowledge & Training: Attend training sessions to understand the product range, including laptop models, specifications, warranties, and refurbishment processes. Continuously improve product knowledge to stay updated on the latest models and features. Sales Goals & Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the sales manager. Track your daily sales activities, including calls, leads, and sales conversions. Customer Service & Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism. Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promotional activities, such as in-store events, online campaigns, or community outreach programs. Share knowledge of ongoing promotions and offers to maximize sales. Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including customer details, product sales, and feedback. Report sales progress and customer feedback to the sales manager. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet collective targets.
