CP- Chai Prantha is seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent service to all guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Management**: Efficiently process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
- **Order Accuracy**: Take customer orders accurately and ensure that they are entered into the system correctly.
- **Resolve Issues**: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management if necessary.
- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash and transactions responsibly, including opening and closing cash drawers and reconciling daily sales.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the cashier area and surrounding space clean and organized.
- **Cross-Functional Support**: Assist other team members during busy times, including supporting food service, seating guests, and preparing takeout orders.
- **Adhere to Policies**: Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety regulations.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
