**Restaurant Cashier cum Supervisor - Job Description**

We are seeking a **Restaurant Cashier cum Supervisor** who will efficiently manage **front-end operations**, ensure smooth customer service, and oversee daily transactions with accuracy and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **billing and cash management** with accuracy and transparency.
- Supervise **front-end operations** including customer service, order taking, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain **inventory records**, track stock usage, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Perform **bookkeeping** and daily sales reporting.
- Drive **upselling and cross-selling** of menu items to maximize sales.
- Ensure cleanliness, service standards, and team discipline during operations.
- Take **responsibility for closing shifts**, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a cashier or supervisor in the restaurant or retail sector.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, POS systems, and Excel.
- Reliable, responsible, and flexible to work late/closing shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
